Topbloc, Inc. in Chicago, IL or remote is seeking a Workday Integration Consultant II/Senior/Principal/Managing to implement Workday Integration solutions for clients.

You will work directly with clients to deliver high-quality Workday configurations, reporting, and integrations across industries. The role requires strong communication, ability to manage multiple projects, and a passion for customer success.

Qualifications

• Workday Integration Certification required.
• 1+ year experience implementing Workday Integration configurations for customers of all sizes.
• Experience gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Integration solutions.
• Experience with Custom Reports, EIBs, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, and Workday Studio.
• General knowledge in all Workday functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to implement Workday Integration solutions for increasing complexity.
• Deliver high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries.
• Define and implement HR processes aligned with client objectives and Workday software.
• Participate in internal training and share skills with colleagues.
• Manage a team of consultants and handle escalations.
• Develop sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team.
