Job summary

Everforth TopBloc is seeking a Workday Integrations Post Production Consultant I in Chicago to design, configure, test, and implement integrations between the Workday product and other 3rd party systems in a post-production environment. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field and 1+ years of HRIS/systems experience; strong client interfacing and problem-solving skills are desired.

• Experience with manipulating data in Microsoft Excel using functions and/or macros (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, vendors and internal teams to design, configure, test, and implement integrations between Workday and 3rd party systems
• Work directly with clients to deliver high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries in a post production environment
• Participate in internal training updates and share skills with others within the organization
• Attend Workday Integrations Certification training

Chicago, IL (Must be 45 miles or less within Chicago city limits) This is a hybrid role - 1 day a week in the office

Mandatory Workday Training Dates: November 23rd, 2026 - December 23rd,, 2026 (Monday - Friday; no training on 11/26 & 11/27)

Requirements (What We’re Looking For)

• Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience (required)
• 1+ years of technical experience or HRIS/systems experience (preferred)
• 1+ years client interfacing or consulting experience (preferred)
• Experience with manipulating data in Microsoft Excel using functions and/or macros (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects/tickets and initiatives simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
• Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives

• Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization
• Attend Workday Integrations Certification training
