Job summary

Brown-Forman is seeking a Senior People Systems Specialist to join the People Technology team in Louisville, KY. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining global Workday integrations and reporting, partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to optimize the Workday investment.

You will lead projects, provide advanced support, and drive process improvements across HR technologies. This position requires deep Workday expertise and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday design, configuration, training, and support in a cloud solution environment.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proven success leading technology initiatives.
• Experience with workflow analysis and translating into software functionality.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build high-quality Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connectors.
• Create and maintain advanced Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and Calculated Fields.
• Write and maintain custom XSLT and XML transformations for vendor data formats.
• Monitor daily integration schedules, troubleshoot failures, and support users during payroll and open enrollment.
• Lead technical testing for semi-annual Workday feature releases and patches.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors to map data and translate business needs into solutions.
• Produce and maintain system/process documentation and test scripts.
• Stay current with trends in Workday and HR tech.
