Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations between Workday and other internal or external systems. You will leverage Workday Extend, Orchestrate, Studio, and Cloud Connect to ensure accurate data flows across payroll, HR, benefits, and finance.

The role requires deep Workday integration expertise, collaboration with IT and business teams, and a focus on delivering scalable, compliant solutions aligned with quarterly

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Extend and Orchestrate, Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and other relevant tools.
• 5+ years' experience partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience resolving complex technical issues related to Workday integrations using strong analytical skills.
• 3+ years' experience working on Workday Extend.
• 1+ year of experience working on Workday Orchestrate.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, and Studio.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday security, Core HCM business processes, and alerts.

Responsibilities

• Design integration solutions between Workday and external systems (payroll, benefits, HR, finance, or third-party apps).
• Develop and configure Workday Extend applications and orchestrations.
• Design modular orchestrations, link external APIs (REST, SOAP), and manage error handling.
• Develop integrations using Workday Studio and configure web services (REST/SOAP).
• Leverage Workday Cloud Connect and pre-built connectors for efficient integration.
• Build integration workflows to trigger business processes and enable data sync.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to align solutions with business needs.
• Provide production support and monitor integrations; manage incidents and fixes.
• Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and adjust integrations accordingly.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and share knowledge with the team.
