Job summary

CVS Health in the United States seeks a Senior Workday Integrations Developer to design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems. You will leverage Workday Extend, Orchestrate, and Studio to deliver reliable data flows across payroll, HR, finance, and benefits, ensuring compliance and scalability.

You will partner with business analysts and IT stakeholders, implement robust error handling, and stay aligned with quarterly Workday releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building Workday integrations with Extend, Orchestrate, Studio, EIB and Core Connectors.
• Experience partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability in integration projects.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and data mapping in Workday integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems.
• Lead integration design, configuration, and deployment using Workday Extend, Orchestrate, and Studio.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts and functional teams to understand requirements.
• Provide production support and incident resolution for integrations.
• Stay current with Workday releases and update integrations accordingly.
• Document integration workflows and provide training to team members.
