Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems. This role requires deep expertise in Workday’s tools, Extend & Orchestrate, and best practices for data flow and interoperability across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities include designing integration solutions, configuring Workday Extend, orchestrations, Studio workflows, and leveraging pre-built connectors to ensure seamless data exchange.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building Workday integrations.
• 5+ years partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience resolving complex integration issues related to Workday integrations.
• 3+ years’ experience working on Workday Extend.
• 1+ year of experience working on Workday Orchestrate.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields and Studio.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday security, Core HCM business processes, and alerts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration solutions between Workday and external systems (payroll, benefits, HR, finance, or third-party apps).
• Workday Extend: development and configuration of Workday Extend applications.
• Workday Orchestrate: design modular orchestrations, link external APIs (REST, SOAP), process data, and manage error handling.
• Workday Studio: develop integrations with multiple systems, configure web services, and data mappings.
• Use Workday Cloud Connect and other connectors to integrate Workday with third-party applications.
• Customize integrations to meet business requirements ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Develop integration workflows that trigger business processes in Workday or external systems.
