Job summary

Iresh Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support stabilization and troubleshooting of Workday benefits integrations with external providers. The analyst will bridge business stakeholders, Workday functional/technical teams, integration developers, and provider teams to trace issues across data, configuration, and processing boundaries and drive resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst for HCM ERP implementations, production stabilization, or complex system integrations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to trace data and transactions across multiple systems.
• Ability to translate business questions into technical or functional investigations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot Workday-to-benefits-provider integrations and the data exchanged between systems.
• Trace employee lifecycle, benefits, and payroll-related transactions end-to-end, including hires, transfers, job changes, compensation changes, payroll events, terminations, and other transactions affecting benefit eligibility, enrollment, contributions, or reporting.
• Investigate discrepancies and determine root cause: data issue, Workday configuration, benefit plan configuration, integration logic, timing or processing issue, provider-side processing, or expected system behavior.
• Review integration outputs, inbound/outbound files or messages, logs, reports, Workday transactions, and provider responses to identify issue origins.
• Collaborate with benefits and retirement SMEs and Workday teams to validate findings and implement corrective actions.
• Document root-cause analysis, findings, business rules, and recommended resolutions for technical and business audiences.
• Distinguish true defects from configurations where behavior is expected but not understood.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end data flow diagrams showing how key transactions move through Workday integrations to providers.
