Job summary

Expedite Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support stabilization and troubleshooting of Workday-to-benefits-provider integrations. The ideal candidate bridges business stakeholders with Workday functional/technical teams, integration developers, and provider teams to diagnose issues across data, configuration, and processing rules.

Experience as a Business Analyst supporting ERP integrations or production stabilization.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across multiple systems and organizations.
Ability to translate business questions into technical investigations.
Excellent communication to explain complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple issues independently and drive to resolution.

Responsibilities

Analyze and troubleshoot Workday-to-benefits-provider integrations and the data exchanged between systems.
Trace employee lifecycle, benefits, and payroll-related transactions end-to-end, including hires, transfers, job changes, compensation changes, payroll events, terminations, and other transactions affecting benefit eligibility, enrollment, contributions, or reporting.
Investigate discrepancies and determine root cause: data issue, configuration, integration logic, timing, or provider-side processing.
Review integration outputs, logs, and provider responses to identify issue origins.
Collaborate with Workday functional teams, developers, and benefit providers to validate findings and implement corrective actions.
Document root-cause analysis, findings, business rules, and resolutions in accessible format for technical and business audiences.
Distinguish true defects from misconfigurations and ensure understanding of system behavior.
Develop end-to-end data flow diagrams showing key employee, payroll, retirement, and benefits transactions across Workday integrations.
