Job summary

NITYA Software Solutions Inc is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support stabilization and troubleshooting of Workday-to-benefits-provider integrations. You will bridge business stakeholders with Workday functional/technical teams, integration developers, and provider teams to trace issues across systems.

The role emphasizes hands-on analysis, end-to-end data flow understanding, and collaboration with SMEs to resolve discrepancies and ensure correct processing of employee lifecycle,

Qualifications

• BA experience in HCM ERP projects, stabilization, or complex integrations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to trace data across systems.
• Experience analyzing integration data, mappings, and logs.
• Ability to translate business questions into technical investigations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot Workday-to-benefits-provider integrations and the data exchanged between systems.
• Trace employee lifecycle, benefits, and payroll-related transactions end-to-end, including hires, transfers, job changes, compensation changes, payroll events, terminations, and other transactions affecting benefit eligibility, enrollment, contributions, or reporting.
• Investigate discrepancies and determine root cause: data issue, Workday configuration, benefit plan configuration, integration logic or mapping, timing or processing issue, provider-side processing, or expected system behavior.
• Review integration outputs, inbound and outbound files, logs, reports, Workday transactions, and provider responses to identify origin of issues.
• Collaborate with benefits and retirement SMEs to understand business rules, expected results, and impact.
• Document root-cause analysis and recommended resolutions for technical and business audiences.
• Help distinguish true defects from misconfigured behavior or misunderstood data relationships.
• Develop end-to-end data flow diagrams showing key employee, payroll, retirement, and benefits transactions.
