Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot Workday-to-benefits-provider integrations and the data exchanged between systems.
• Trace employee lifecycle, benefits, and payroll-related transactions end-to-end.
• Investigate discrepancies and determine root cause: data, config, mapping, or processing issue.
• Review outputs, logs, and provider responses to identify issue origins.
• Collaborate with SMEs and technology teams to validate findings and implement resolutions.
• Document root-cause analysis and recommended resolutions for both technical and business audiences.
• Develop end-to-end data flow diagrams for Workday integrations to providers.
