Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a Workday Interoperability Engineer to architect, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations that connect HR, finance, clinical, research, and enterprise systems.

The role requires hands-on Workday integration experience (Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, RaaS) and a strong security mindset (OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect, JWT). You will mentor engineers and lead cross-functional teams to deliver reliable interoperability solutions across healthcare data platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, systems analysis, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years leading end-to-end integration implementations with Workday and middleware.
• Minimum 3 years working with cross-functional teams providing ERP data integration expertise.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience building integrations with Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, Recruiting, or other Workday modules.
• Strong understanding of Workday data structures, security groups, calculated fields, and Workday report development (RaaS).
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and PECI for integrations.
• Translate integration requirements into technical specs, contracts, and standards.
• Gather API requirements and produce API design documentation (standards, contracts, specs).
• Implement application security frameworks (OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect, JWT).
• Experience in API testing strategies using Postman, SoapUI, JMeter or equivalents.
• Understand firewall and advanced networking for secure system integrations.
• Provide on-call support and keep docs up to date.
