The role emphasizes delivering robust Studio builds, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with People Engineering to align on objectives across HR systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience implementing or managing solutions in Workday.
• 4+ years experience configuring Workday HCM with technical exposure.
• 2+ years experience supporting other Workday products.

Responsibilities

• Own the hire-to-retire lifecycle in Workday from end-to-end.
• Plan and lead cross-functional efforts to drive Workday product launches.
• Elevate the employee experience and optimize Workday interactions.
• Represent the Workday platform across HR applications landscape.
• Partner with business leaders and People Engineering to align objectives.
• Lead research, design, development, testing, and delivery of new Workday functionality.
• Design and develop integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
• Transform data with XSLT 3.0 to meet external format requirements.
• Perform document transformations between Workday data and other formats.
• Troubleshoot, support, and improve integration performance and stability.
• Configure security and participate in Workday release cycles and maintenance.
