Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL seeks a senior Workday Interoperability Engineer to architect and maintain integrations across HR, finance, and clinical systems. You will own design delivery, mentor engineers, and ensure secure, scalable data exchange with Workday Studio, EIBs, and PECI.

Strong API skills and security frameworks are required. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business outcomes and information exchange needs, supporting enterprise-wide interoperability

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, systems analysis, or related field.
7+ years leading end-to-end integration implementations with Workday and middleware technologies.
3+ years cross-functional experience providing ERP data analysis for design, build, and deployment of integrations.

Responsibilities

Architect, deploy and maintain Workday integrations and interoperability frameworks.
Mentor and lead engineers and analysts in Workday integration best practices.
Translate API requirements into design contracts and technical specifications.
Provide on-call support and keep integration documentation up to date.
