Job summary

Brown University Health is seeking a Senior HR Systems Analyst to serve as the subject matter expert for Workday and related HR systems. You will lead cross-functional optimization initiatives and BAU process improvements across multiple business lines.

You will partner with stakeholders to develop solutions aligned with ERP roadmap, translate requirements into scalable designs, and support complex integrations while guiding senior leadership with actionable insights.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience supporting Workday or a comparable ERP platform.
Advanced skills in Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience translating business needs into technical system solutions.
Proven ability to research, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues across complex scenarios.

Responsibilities

Serves as a strategic partner to stakeholders to develop enterprise-wide solutions aligned with the ERP roadmap.
Maintain expert-level knowledge of Workday capabilities and advise on optimizations.
Lead implementations, migrations, and upgrades in HR tech.
Develop and deliver system configuration enhancements to support business needs.
Translate functional requirements into scalable designs and test complex business processes.
