Job summary

Brown University Health seeks a Senior HR Systems Analyst to act as the Workday SME and lead enterprise-wide HR system optimizations. You will align ERP initiatives with strategic objectives and deliver actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

You will partner with stakeholders to drive BAU improvements, manage Workday releases, and guide reporting and analytics strategy to enable informed decision-making across HR domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Workday or a comparable ERP platform.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience translating business needs into technical system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead bi‑annual Workday releases for assigned Human Resources, including test planning and script development.
• Gather reporting requirements from non‑technical users and develop or enhance reports to support decision‑making.
• Create and execute complex EIB uploads for mass data maintenance and verify data integrity.
• Collaborate across teams on integrations, reporting, and security, and mentor junior members.
