Job summary

Wealthspire in Madison, WI seeks a seasoned HRIS & Reporting Specialist to own Workday architecture, configuration, security, and data governance across HR. You will partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT and business leaders to deliver scalable Workday solutions, powering workforce planning, compliance, and strategic decision‑making.

You will lead release governance, testing, and continuous improvement while creating sophisticated dashboards and self‑service analytics to drive operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of hands‑on Workday configuration across HCM modules.
• Experience with Workday security configuration and release cycles.
• Advanced Workday reporting, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Experience mass data uploads using EIB.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday architecture, configuration, security, and data governance.
• Lead release governance, regression testing, and UAT.
• Develop advanced dashboards and self‑service analytics.
• Ensure data accuracy with audits and quality controls.
• Support HR operations and cross‑functional partnerships.
