You will collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and Legal to ensure HRIS capabilities support firmwide targets and oversee cross-system integration (Workday, EIBs, Studio, API connectors).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
• 8+ years of HRIS experience with lead-level architecture.
• Experience leading enterprise HR transformations and system deployments.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise-wide HR technology frameworks and integration.
• Oversee cross-system integration (Workday, EIBs, Studio, API connectors) with Payroll, Benefits, and IT.
• Establish data governance, security models, and compliance across HR platforms.
• Lead technical risk assessments, disaster recovery planning, and stakeholder alignment.
