Job summary

First American in California seeks an HRIS/Workday technical specialist to design, implement, and maintain Workday integrations and reports. You will work with EIB, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and Web Services to support secure, scalable HR systems.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of HRIS or Workday experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

2-4 years of HRIS or Workday technical experience.
Experience with Workday EIB, Web Services, Reporting and Calculated Fields.
Experience with Workday Studio and Cloud Connect preferred.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to translate requirements.
Ability to learn Workday Extend and other emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain Workday integrations, reporting, security, and related components.
Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Web Services, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.
Create and maintain Cloud Connect integrations and Workday reports.
Participate in root-cause analyses and knowledge-sharing; document technical approaches.
