AAA Mountain West Group (MWG) in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Systems Analyst to steer design and strategy across the HR tech ecosystem. You will coordinate with IT, Finance, and Legal to enable firmwide targets and mentor team members.

The role requires 3 days in office in Walnut Creek, CA, with relocation not offered. The position targets the Workday ecosystem and enterprise integration, guiding policy and architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, HR, or related field.
• 8+ years HRIS experience (or 6 years with Master's) with lead architecture.
• Workday Pro or HRIP certification preferred.
• Proven record leading enterprise HR transformation projects.
• Experience with Workday reporting and governance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic System Architecture & Integration across HR tech stack.
• Governance, security architecture, and compliance for HR platforms.
• Lead enterprise digital transformation projects and vendor work.
• Mentor junior and senior HRIS analysts and review work.
• Align stakeholders on solutions, investments and processes.
