Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Systems Analyst to shape the design, strategy, and architecture of our HR technology ecosystem. You will guide multi-system integration, set technical standards, and collaborate with IT, Finance, and Legal to support firmwide HR goals.

You will mentor junior analysts, drive strategic HR technology initiatives, and align executive stakeholders on system investments, governance, and policy development in a hybrid Walnut Creek, CA environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of related HRIS experience (or 6 years with a Master's)
• Workday Pro or HRIP Certification is preferred

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise HR technology frameworks and ensure scalable data flows across HR systems.
• Lead cross-system integration (EIBs, Studio, API connectors) with Payroll, Benefits, and IT platforms.
• Establish data governance, security models, and compliance across HR platforms.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor analysts, and align stakeholders on technology investments.
