Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Systems Analyst to shape the design, strategy, and architecture of its HR technology stack in Walnut Creek, CA. You will partner with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to drive compliant, scalable HRIS solutions and lead multi-system integration initiatives.

You will direct data governance and security standards, align with corporate strategy, and mentor junior staff while delivering technology policies and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Expertise in HRIS design, strategy, and architecture across HR platforms.
• Experience leading multi-system integrations and data governance initiatives.
• Proven ability to collaborate with IT, Finance, and Legal to enable firmwide targets.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise HR technology frameworks ensuring data flow and scalability.
• Evaluate HR technologies, AI automation, and vendor solutions to build roadmaps.
• Oversee cross-system integrations (EIBs, Studio, API connectors) with Payroll, Benefits, IT.
