Job summary

Patriot Advertising Sourcing Solutions in Houston, TX seeks a Senior HRIS Analyst to serve as a hands-on functional expert for Workday Time Tracking, Absence, Leave, and Scheduling. This on-site role partners with HR, Payroll, and IT to optimize the system and ensure compliance with labor laws while supporting global operations.

Responsibilities include configuring and supporting modules, developing reports, leading design sessions, and guiding multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of Workday HCM experience with Time Tracking, Absence, Leave, and Scheduling.
• 7+ years of Workday consulting or SME experience on medium-to-large HRIS implementations.
• Workday certification in Time Tracking, Absence, Leave, and/or Scheduling.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong report writing ability within Workday modules.
• Experience supporting Canadian and international time tracking operations, including local labor law compliance.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and processes.
• Ability to lead design sessions, manage project plans, and deliver results across multiple engagements.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and optimize Workday Time Tracking, Absence, Leave, and Scheduling modules.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT on system enhancements, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful testing and deployment, and provide post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot issues and document resolutions for internal knowledge sharing.
• Build and maintain reports within Time Tracking, Absence, Leave, and Scheduling.
• Participate in broader HR Systems and Shared Services initiatives as needed.
