Job summary

Relativity is seeking an HRIS Lead to provide technical and functional leadership for Workday and related HR systems. The role partners across HR, IT, and the business to design, implement, and evolve scalable HR technology solutions, acting as a trusted advisor and Workday expert.

The HRIS Lead will own complex initiatives on the HRIS roadmap, mentor analysts, and drive system strategy with a focus on governance, security, and data quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on Workday experience (or equivalent HRIS) with 2+ modules.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience leading complex HRIS initiatives.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data governance, security, and architectures.
• Experience with reporting, testing, security design, and automation in HR platforms.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and project leadership.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional HRIS initiatives, including Workday functionality and major enhancements.
• Own HRIS roadmap by aligning system strategy with priorities.
• Serve as Workday subject matter expert on configuration and optimization across HR domains.
• Translate business requirements into scalable HRIS solutions and identify risks.
• Lead resolution of highly complex HRIS issues and long‑term corrective solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for enterprise HR programs (performance, promotions, compliance reporting).
• Collaborate with IT and vendors for integrations, upgrades, and security maintenance.
• Maintain high‑quality system documentation, standards, and reporting frameworks.
