Brown University Health seeks a Senior HR Systems Analyst to serve as the Workday expert across the enterprise, guiding cross‑functional optimization and BAU improvements across multiple lines and entities.

You will partner with stakeholders to shape the ERP roadmap, lead Workday releases and integrations, deliver advanced reporting, and mentor teammates while ensuring data integrity and scalable HR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Workday or a comparable ERP platform.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience translating business needs into technical system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to develop enterprise-wide solutions aligned with organizational priorities and the ERP roadmap.
• Lead Workday implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
• Develop and deliver system configurations for HR needs.
• Manage cross-functional workgroups across Workday domains.
• Provide Tier 2 production support and issue resolution.
• Contribute to reporting and analytics strategy for HR.
• Lead bi-annual Workday releases with testing plans.
