Checkr is seeking a seasoned Workday specialist to own and advance our Workday platform end to end in San Francisco. You will configure, test, and deploy across HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, and more while driving integrations, automation, and employee self-service enhancements.

You will lead release management, adopt Workday AI capabilities, and partner with data and IT teams to ensure scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of HR technology experience with hands-on Workday expertise.
• Deep knowledge across multiple Workday modules (HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Recruiting); certification is a plus.
• Hands-on experience building Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and APIs.
• Strong command of Workday security, business process framework, calculated fields, and advanced reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project-management skills; proactive self-starter.

Responsabilidades

• Own platform ownership and roadmaps across HR, IT, and Finance with Workday release cadence.
• Lead configuration, testing, and deployment for core Workday modules and processes.
• Perform regression testing, audits, and health checks to ensure platform stability.
• Build and maintain integrations to connect Workday with adjacent systems and automate workflows.
• Optimize business processes and UI to improve self-service and adoption.
• Evaluate and implement Workday AI, analytics, and data privacy practices.
• Translate requirements into technical specs and manage vendor/partner relationships.
