Job summary

Oura is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst, Workday Administrator to own configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday business processes across locations. You will partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and stakeholders to tailor the system to our global needs and ensure a smooth day-to-day experience for employees and managers.

The role involves regular collaboration with Finland and US teams, handling security, reporting, integrations, and change management. Occasional travel to Finland is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM administration/configuration experience.
• Independent configuration, testing, and deployment across Workday tenants.
• Experience with Workday security groups and access controls.
• Experience supporting Workday releases, including UAT.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; translate requests into config.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and deploy Workday business processes end‑to‑end.
• Optimize Workday and related tools to fit real HR workflows.
• Design self-service workflows, forms, and notifications.
• Maintain Workday security policies and role-based access.
• Build test scripts and coordinate regression testing/UAT.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership.
• Support integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, payroll, ATS).
• Document configurations and train HR team members.
• Partner with HR Ops, HRBPs, Payroll, IT, and Legal.
