Job summary

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst (Workday) to partner with HRIS Leadership and support all HR applications.

The role focuses on ensuring Workday HCM integrity and driving automation opportunities across the organization. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in HR with at least 4 years of Workday HRIS configuration, strong reporting skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, Business Administration, Human Resources or Communications; coursework may count in lieu of education.
• Minimum 6 years progressive human resources experience, including at least 4 years of Workday HRIS configuration experience.
• Extensive knowledge of HRIS solutions and HR processes to drive efficiencies and improvements.
• Experience with HRIS applications such as Workday, UKG Dimensions, Kronos is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with limited supervision.
• Strong proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Workday expertise for process analysis, design, and problem solving in a complex multi-system environment.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity through audits and process reviews.
• Prepare and disseminate routine and ad hoc HRIS reports with attention to confidentiality.
• Partner with HRIS leadership to evaluate processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Configure and deploy Workday modules to support multi-functional stakeholder requirements.
• Develop process documents to standardize HRIS staff knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system changes and impact analyses.
