Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago seeks a Payroll Analyst to support payroll processing across departments, ensuring compliance and accuracy. You will interact with HR teams and manage off-cycle and production payroll inputs with a focus on confidentiality and data integrity.

The role requires strong organizational skills, 4+ years of payroll experience, and knowledge of tax regulations. A bachelor’s degree is preferred; W orkday experience is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 4+ years payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred with 2+ years payroll experience.
• Knowledge of IRS tax rules and regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists with processing payroll for exempt and non-exempt staff for off-cycle and production payroll.
• Assists with processing payroll inputs and uploads into Workday and resolve payroll issues.
• Help prepare and maintain payroll practices and procedures.
