Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years payroll experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business preferred with 2+ years payroll experience.
• Knowledge of IRS tax rules is a plus; strong confidentiality required.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll inputs and off-cycle payroll; assist with payroll reports.
• Support payroll tax and government reporting, including Form W-2 processing.
• Handle garnishments, child support, and tax levies; maintain payroll documentation.
