The role includes resolving incidents, configuring workflows, and overseeing analytics delivery for payroll, GL, budgeting and grants, with involvement in roadmap and project management. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Systems, Finance or related field with 5+ years of progressive experience in systems analysis/design.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial application support for Workday and related modules across Finance, General Accounting, Projects and Grants.
• Lead review of upgrades, release notes and regression testing scenarios to demonstrate system effectiveness.
• Develop and document reports/dashboards and provide guidance to business/technical teams.
