Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, IS, or related field.
• Minimum of five years in HRIS/HR operations systems with at least three years in Workday HCM functional support.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM processes, reporting, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills; customer-focused and collaborative.
• Proficient in Excel and handling confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Provide Workday HCM functional support for recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, time tracking, payroll workflows, and employee changes.
• Manage casework in OneRF Case Management; monitor, document, escalate, and resolve inquiries.
• Coordinate UAT and regression testing for Workday releases; develop test scenarios and report results.
• Develop and maintain standard/ad hoc Workday reports and dashboards for monitoring and decision-making.
• Create user guides and deliver trainings; communicate system updates and process changes.
