Job summary

RFCUNY is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst – Workday in New York, NY to support the OneRF Workday platform, focusing on HR operations, transactions, case management, reporting, testing, and user support.

You will partner with HR leadership, SIS, Finance, and Grants to optimize processes, improve data integrity, and ensure timely, accurate transactions while delivering responsive service to campus staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in HRIS or HR ops systems; at least 3 years hands-on Workday HCM support.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Workday HCM support across recruiting, hiring, onboarding, compensation, benefits, absence, time tracking, payroll workflows, and employee changes.
• Lead case management for employee inquiries; monitor, escalate, and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing for Workday releases and enhancements; prepare scenarios and document results.
