Job summary

The Research Foundation of The City University of New York (RFCUNY) is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst – Workday to support HR operations, employee transactions, case management, reporting, and testing on the OneRF platform.

You will collaborate with HR, SIS, Finance, and Grants & Contracts to ensure accurate, efficient services, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous process improvements across the Workday environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business Admin, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in HRIS or HR operations systems, with 3+ years of Workday HCM support.
• Strong Workday knowledge: HR processes, transactions, reporting, testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Workday HCM support across core HR processes.
• Manage OneRF Case Management: intake, tracking, escalation, resolution.
• Coordinate UAT, testing, and change documentation for releases and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and data integrity checks.
• Create user guides and train staff on Workday functionality.
