Job summary

Lamb Weston in Idaho seeks a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to own and drive Workday configurations across global HR, including HCM and Compensation. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT to implement standards and support upgrades that keep systems secure and efficient.

Responsibilities include leading discovery sessions, building scalable Workday solutions, developing reports/dashboards, ensuring data integrity, and staying current with Workday releases to boost HR operations productivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual Global Advanced Compensation Process.
• Participate in discovery sessions with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate into documented solutions.
• Develop scalable solutions on the Workday platform for the Global HR teams.
• Work closely with business to explore opportunities to leverage Workday functionalities and features.
• Provide technical leadership in analyzing system requirements and overseeing UAT and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Challenge existing business & IT processes for improvement.
• Uphold data security and compliance on the Workday platform.
• Participate in weekly resourcing updates and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support reporting needs to design analytics solutions on Workday.
• Build reports and dashboards for self-service and insights.
• Stay updated on Workday releases to promote adoption and productivity.
• Share knowledge with HR Service Center teams and assist in documentation and training resources.
• Gather, build and test requirements for multiple modules within Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Talent, Learning, Performance, Compensation and Recruiting.
• Provides system mass update support via EIBs for all Workday areas.
• Collaborate with HRIS team to support escalated Workday tickets via Service Now.
