Lamb Weston is seeking a Sr Workday HRIS Analyst to lead Workday HCM, Core & Advanced Compensation configurations and related integrations. The role collaborates with HR, Payroll, and IT to optimize business processes, security, and data integrity while driving efficient workflows across global business units.

The incumbent will stay current with Workday releases, develop scalable solutions, and mentor teams while ensuring timely delivery of projects and robust reporting capabilities for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in MIS, HR or related field.
• Workday Certification preferred.
• Five years of Workday experience with three years in the Compensation module.
• Experience building and maintaining calculated fields is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of HR systems and data mapping.

Responsabilités

• Manage annual Global Advanced Compensation Process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into Workday solutions.
• Develop scalable Workday solutions for global HR teams with focus on performance, security and user experience.
• Lead/participate in UAT and coordinate system upgrades and enhancements.
• Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Monitor Workday releases and implement relevant features for business needs.
• Support integrations and mass updates via EIBs and Service Now tickets.
• Provide reporting and analytics through dashboards and advanced reports.
