Job summary

Lamb Weston is seeking a Sr Workday HRIS Analyst to own and optimize Workday HRIS for the global HR organization. You will partner with stakeholders across HR and IT, lead compensation-related workstreams, and stay current with Workday releases to maximize productivity and compliance.

The role demands deep Workday expertise, strong data governance, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable HR technology solutions. This is a full-time, on-site position with Lamb Weston’s HRIS team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in MIS, HR, or related field.
• Workday Certification is preferred.
• 5+ years Workday experience, 3+ years in Compensation.
• Experience building calculated fields and Workday reports.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual Global Advanced Compensation Process.
• Develop scalable Workday solutions for Global HR teams.
• Lead bi-annual Workday release management and testing.
• Collaborate with HRIS and stakeholders to optimize HR processes.
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and dashboards.
• Ensure security and data integrity across Workday platforms.
