Job summary

Lamb Weston is seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to own and optimize Workday modules (HCM, Core & Advanced Compensation) across global HR operations. You will partner with stakeholders to architect, configure, test, and implement solutions, ensuring security and data integrity.

You will stay current with Workday releases, lead bi-annual upgrade activities, and develop documentation and training materials for HR teams across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Workday experience with at least 3 years in Compensation module.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS/HR or related field.
• Workday Certification preferred; strong knowledge of HR systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual Global Advanced Compensation Process.
• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Develop scalable Workday solutions for Global HR teams with strong UX, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with HR to leverage Workday features to improve processes.
• Provide leadership in requirements analysis, UAT, upgrades and enhancements.
