Job summary

NextDecade in Houston, TX seeks a Senior Analyst, HRIS to lead the configuration, administration, and optimization of Workday across Core HCM, Benefits, Time Tracking, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition. You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to improve data integrity, reporting, and the employee experience, while supporting Advanced Compensation and forecasting.

This role requires 5–7+ years of HRIS experience and a proven ability to translate business needs into scalable

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive HRIS experience.
• Hands-on Workday experience across Core HCM, Benefits, Time Tracking, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with data validation, testing, and UAT coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional Workday resource for Core HCM, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Payroll.
• Support annual Open Enrollment configuration and data validation.
• Partner with Payroll on Time Tracking configurations and reconciliations.
• Assist Talent Acquisition processes and reporting enhancements.
• Support Workday Adaptive Planning and workforce planning activities.
