Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Configuration Analyst, Workday, to lead configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of the Workday platform. You will collaborate with IT, People Teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve People operations and the employee experience.

You will configure modules, support releases, build reports, ensure data governance, and manage data loads via EIBs. A minimum of 5+ years in Workday across Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Talent,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Workday configuration experience across multiple modules.
• Hands-on configuration and security model knowledge.
• Experience with post-production Workday environments and releases.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Talent, Absence) per business requirements.
• Design and enhance Workday business processes and system functionality.
• Support Workday releases, including impact analysis, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, hubs, and data extracts.
• Ensure data accuracy through governance and validations; audit controls.
• Collaborate with People and business teams to gather requirements and troubleshoot.
• Manage Workday Help queue as Tier 2 support; triage and resolve issues with clear communication.
• Create and maintain knowledge base documentation and training materials.
• Support data privacy, audit requirements, and Workday security protocols.
• Plan and execute high-volume data loads using EIBs across functional areas.
