Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Configuration Analyst for Workday in the Houston area. The role focuses on configuring and optimizing the Workday platform, partnering with IT, People teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve people operations and the employee experience.

You will manage Workday modules, support releases and data integrity, and contribute to continuous improvement across the Workday ecosystem. Flexibility exists for hybrid/remote work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience supporting and configuring Workday.
• Workday Pro Certification preferred.
• Experience with Workday modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Talent, Absence).

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Talent, Absence) in line with business requirements.
• Optimize Workday business processes and system functionality.
• Support Workday releases, testing, and deployment of new features.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, hubs and data extracts.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across Workday configuration.
• Collaborate with People teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Provide Tier 2 Workday user support and create training materials.
• Coordinate mass data loads using EIBs across multiple functional areas.
