White Cap is seeking a hands-on Workday HRIS Specialist to plan, configure, and maintain our HRIS. You will work with HR and IT to ensure the system supports efficient HR processes and regulatory compliance.

The role leads Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Talent Management configurations, builds reports and dashboards, provides training, and champions system improvements. A BS/BA is typically required, with 5–8 years of related experience; some areas may require certification.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline and 5-8 years of experience, or MS/MA with 3-5 years.
• Certification is required in some areas.

Responsabilités

• Configures Workday modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Talent Management.
• Ensures data integrity by performing regular audits and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
• Provides technical support and training to HR associates, addressing system-related issues and queries.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize HR operations.
• Develops and maintains custom reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making and strategic planning.
• Ensures the HRIS complies with legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and security standards.
• Leads and participates in HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations.
• Champions and communicates system changes and benefits.
• Creates and maintains detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborates with HR and IT teams to align system functionality with organizational goals.
