Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Sr. HR Systems Analyst to support Workday Benefits and Time configurations while driving enhancements for the Total Rewards Center of Excellence.

In this role you will partner with HR and Total Rewards stakeholders to design scalable Workday solutions, improve data integrity, and enable efficient operations across Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, and Leaves. Hybrid work model with relocation considerations provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least five years HR technology experience, with a focus on Workday configurations.
• Workday Pro Certification (HCM, Reporting, Advanced Reporting, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Workday functional and technical expert for Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, and Leaves.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations and integrations.
• Lead Workday configuration projects from requirements through design, testing, deployment and support.
• Manage partnerships with Workday/3rd party consultants and internal IT teams to meet requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of Workday releases, best practices, and data integrity.
