Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst in HR domains (Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Compensation).
• End to end implementation experience including project, enhancement and issue management.
• Workday Security experience.
• Workday Reporting and API/Integrations experience.
• Workday EIB experience.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization.
• Strong situational analysis, awareness and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Solutions analysis, design, configuration & delivery – including business process re-engineering and documentation.
• Drive customer enablement and transform manager & employee experiences.
• Enable transformative operational excellence and HR integrations using reports or Web Services/APIs.
