Attain Partners is a pioneering consulting firm focused on transforming education, nonprofit, healthcare, and state and local government sectors. Our Workday practice drives ERP readiness, strategy, and execution with a focus on HCM, analytics, and continuous improvement.

We seek a senior consultant to lead Workday initiatives, manage releases, and build trusted advisor relationships with clients, while collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring aligned outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on configuration in multiple Workday HCM modules as a Workday customer or implementor.
• 3+ years of product ownership in Workday HCM modules as a customer or consultant.
• Experience defining and executing agile release management processes including backlog, roadmap, sprint planning, and change control.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Workday HCM solution and Workday ecosystem.
• Workday certification in one or more HCM modules.

Responsibilities

• Guide ERP readiness and advisory work; develop roadmaps and advise on ERP-related decisions.
• Shape client strategy; align technology investments with mission outcomes.
• Lead stakeholder alignment through meetings, workshops, and executive briefings; manage relationships with clients and partners.
• Advise with leading Workday practices and provide practical solutions.
• Provide operational leadership for Workday HCM end-to-end lifecycle including roadmap, backlog, and delivery across configuration, integration, reporting, and tech teams.
• Direct Workday releases; support biannual releases and platform improvements to ensure stability.
• Collaborate across workstreams including program management, change management, HR, and IT for ROI.
• Contribute to practice growth through methodology development, proposals, and thought leadership.
