Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced Workday Architect to shape the technical vision and evolution of an enterprise Workday ecosystem. You will lead architecture across HCM, Payroll, integrations, security, and related modules, ensuring scalable, secure systems and sustainable roadmaps.

You will mentor administrators, collaborate with stakeholders and external partners, and guide complex implementations in a remote, mission‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of Workday experience, with 3+ years in architecture/leadership.
• Deep Workday knowledge across HCM; Payroll/Benefits/Comp/Time Tracking/Projects preferred.
• Experience with integration tech: Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, web services.
• Strong security, configuration, and governance understanding.
• Led full lifecycle implementations or major tenant transformations.
• Excellent stakeholder management; translate tech for non-technical leaders.
• Workday integration certifications preferred; Workday Pro advantageous.
• Must be a U.S. Person per export-control regulations; eligible for export authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern the overall Workday architecture across modules.
• Lead complex initiatives: upgrades, mergers, tenant consolidations.
• Define and manage integration strategies with third-party systems.
• Use Workday integration technologies: Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, web services.
• Establish configuration standards and governance practices.
• Mentor administrators and analysts; resolve complex issues.
• Manage relationships with Workday services and partners.
• Maintain data integrity, security compliance, and audit readiness.
