Job summary

Workday's Success Plans Delivery Team seeks experienced Senior Functional Consultants to help customers maximize value from Workday products. You will guide post go-live journeys, deliver deployment services, and support large enterprise clients.

You will lead with customer service excellence, translate business needs into functional Workday configurations, and collaborate across teams to ensure successful outcomes for complex HRIS projects.

Qualifications

• Senior Functional Consultant with 5+ years of HCM software and consulting experience.
• Experience with Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
• Experience deploying HRIS for medium to large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR technology guidance to customers and ensure high satisfaction.
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
• Demonstrate product capabilities and explain design decisions, benefits, and risks.
• Collaborate with Engagement Manager to deliver feature adoption workshops and health checks.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and deliver optimal Workday solutions for clients.
• Support multiple customers on short-duration projects while maintaining quality and timelines.
