Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; Master’s or advanced certifications preferred.
• 3+ years as a hands-on Workday SME configuring HCM, Core, and Advanced Compensation.
• Experience leading Core and Advanced Compensation cycles in Workday.
• Experience deploying multiple Workday HCM implementations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with executives and clients.
• Knowledge of HR processes and touch points in HCM, payroll, benefits, time tracking, recruiting, and security.
• Certifications: Workday Core HR and Workday Compensation.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise and leadership in design, development, and implementation of Workday HR solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to design and deploy compensation management modules and global cycles.
• Analyze, design, and deliver modifications; stay ahead with Workday releases.
• Manage annual compensation administration including merit and incentive processes.
• Configure, test, and administer annual Workday processes such as performance reviews.
• Create and maintain dashboards; audit data accuracy and review data entries.
• Plan and coordinate preparations for system updates; act as main user support contact.
• Translate business requirements into architectural blueprints and support global coverage.
