Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in compensation operations, HR analytics, or related environments requiring accuracy and disciplined process execution.
• Experience supporting annual or recurring compensation cycles in system-enabled environments.
• Strong knowledge of compensation administration and data quality controls.
• Experience with audit activities, process optimization, automation, or HR technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate compensation requirements into clear specifications and practical workflows.
• Manage and enhance compensation controls, data routines, and system partnerships that support pay strategies.
• Strengthen the infrastructure for compensation programs, annual cycles, and recurring reporting.
• Identify data, process, and operational risks and propose practical solutions.
• Coordinate enterprise‑wide compensation survey submissions and ad hoc job matching.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Talent Technology, and Compensation.
