Job summary

ALKU is seeking a Senior Workday Architect to lead design, configuration and stewardship of Workday Accounting Center, Prism Analytics, and Financial Reporting. You will translate finance requirements into scalable Workday solutions, ensuring data accuracy and robust analytics across the ecosystem.

The role requires deep hands-on experience with Accounting Center, Prism, and reporting, plus strong stakeholder engagement to drive enterprise transformation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday experience with focus on Workday Financials.
• Hands-on expertise in Accounting Center, Prism Analytics, and Financial Reporting.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, support, and enhance Workday Accounting Center solutions.
• Develop and maintain Accounting Center transformation rules and mappings.
• Support ingestion, transformation, reconciliation, and validation of financial data.
• Design, develop, and maintain Workday Prism datasets and data pipelines.
• Bring external data into Prism for analytics, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Develop complex Workday Financials reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite).
• Build calculated fields, report data sources, dashboards, and reporting functionality.
• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure data consistency across Accounting Center, Prism, and reporting.
• Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Support testing, documentation, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.
