Job summary

SystemsAccountants Inc. is seeking a Senior Workday Financials Analyst to serve as the primary functional and technical administrator for our Workday FIN platform, covering Core Financials, Cash Management, Assets, AR, Expenses, and Budgets.

You will collaborate with finance and operations to optimize processes, support month- and year-end closes, and deliver robust reporting. The role requires 4–6 years in Workday Financials configuration, hands-on experience with reporting and BPs, and a

Qualifications

4–6 years of hands-on Workday Financials configuration and support experience.
Experience configuring Core Financials, Cash Management, Business Assets, AR, or Expenses.
Strong skills in Workday Report Writer for advanced/composite reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

System Administration & Configuration: Lead Workday FIN modules configuration and testing.
Business Process Optimization: Improve financial workflows with proper controls and approvals.
Financial Close Support: Assist during month-end/year-end close cycles and troubleshoot issues.
Reporting & Analytics: Design and maintain complex Workday reports and dashboards for cash, assets, spend, and variances.
Release & Regression Testing: Oversee bi-annual releases and weekly updates to FIN.
End-User Support & Training: Provide tier-2/3 support and develop user aids.
